About

Bret R. Goldstein, Partner in the Firm’s Philadelphia office and Chair of the Employment Practice Group, concentrates his practice in worker’s compensation and employment matters. Mr. Goldstein also handles select divorce / matrimonial law cases.  Mr. Goldstein also litigates custody cases for the Homeless Advocacy Project on a pro bono basis.

Recently, Mr. Goldstein became certified as a specialist in the practice of workers’ compensation law by the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s section on workers’ compensation law as authorized by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.
